COVID-19 UPDATE 17/04/2020

During these unprecedented times, we have temporarily closed our showroom following the Government’s announcement on the 23rd March 2020. However, our business remains open and I am available to answer any questions you may have during our normal opening hours. Following on from the Governments updated advice on the 7th April, it is clear that the Government is not asking all businesses to shut and that businesses should keep trading where possible "to keep the country running,” as stated by Health Secretary. Taking this into consideration, alongside the latest guidance that has been published to assist employers, businesses and their staff in staying open safely during coronavirus (COVID-19). We will now be moving our business online temporarily to ensure the safety of our customers, colleagues and the community. As we feel this is paramount in preventing the spread of the virus.
I have been working tirelessly from home to be able to provide you with an exceptional online service that reflects the service you would receive in our showroom. To comply with the social distancing guidelines set out by the Government, I will predominantly be working from home except when collecting deliveries of goods, which will be during premises hours. I can offer a delivery service on the products we offer online for large & bulky items within our normal 25 mile delivery range , I can also offer a time slot collection service for smaller items & items you wish to collect yourself subject to availability
In order to keep our customers, team and community safe, I have researched into the latest advice from The World Health Organization (WHO), regarding the risk of ‘moving goods’. They have stated “the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low. The risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a physical package is also very low.” Furthermore, the Government have advised that “staff should continue to follow existing risk assessments and safe systems of working; there are no additional precautions needed for handling post or packages.”
